## Suggested progression

- Days 1-3: 15-20 minutes/day.
- Days 4-7: 25 minutes/day plus low-risk use.
- Weeks 2-3: 30-45 minutes/day.
- Weeks 4-6: progressively introduce ordinary work while retaining instant QWERTY fallback.
